40+ Years Steno Legacy: Now a Mission to Transform 10,000 Lives

In 1978, my Tauji stepped into Jaipur, carrying nothing but hope. Our family had no wealth, no resources—only dreams. Education seemed like an unreachable luxury. But life had a different plan. One day, he discovered stenography. With sheer grit, he self-taught shorthand, racing to an incredible speed of 160 words per minute. His dedication paid off—he became a Vidhansabha Reporter in the 1980s.

But his success wasn’t his alone. He passed the torch to his younger brothers, including my father. One by one, they mastered stenography, securing prestigious government jobs. By 1992, my father became a Personal Assistant in the Rajasthan Government. Even my cousins followed the same path, making stenography the foundation of our family's success.

When my turn came, stenography wasn’t just a skill—it was my legacy. With the same passion, I secured my government job at Rajasthan High Court in 2020. But my journey didn't stop there.

I realised stenography isn’t just a career—it's a life-changing skill. It transformed my family's fate, and it can do the same for others.

That’s why, in 2023, I founded Steno Army—to share our 40+ years of experience and empower others. 📌 In just two years, we've helped more than 1000 students in achieving their speed and accuracy.
